Portal login – username and password have been received, and initial login has been conducted. PCRS has been saved to dealers favorites (including TM phone #) and rename the bookmark.
Enter a Contract – it has been demonstrated how to rate a vehicle and enter a contract.
Ensure 'Loan' is selected when demoing so they know and see that we offer GAP and it is single entry with
Void a Contract – demonstrate how to void a contract.
Remit Payment – it has been demonstrated how to remit a payment via register. Automatic ACH payment has been offered to the dealer.
DMS integration has been offered to the dealer and if accepted, integration has been completed and
Marketing materials have been provided to dealer to display in showroom and finance offices.
All levels of coverages have been reviewed with dealer including Exclusionary, Exclusionary Wrap, Exclusionary Plus, 5 Star, 4 Star, 3 Star and Powertrain coverages.
Limits of Liability have been reviewed and dealer understands Section 6 of Terms and Conditions as it pertains to Powertrain and 3 Star contract.
All mandatory and optional surcharges have been reviewed.
Cancellations have been reviewed pursuant to Section 15 of the contract.
Special State Requirements (if applicable) pursuant to Section 19 of the contract have been reviewed.
Claims procedure pursuant to Section 11 of the contract has been reviewed.
